56 Leonard Street is one of the most unique and striking buildings to see in the Manhattan skyline. Located at Southwest corner of Church Street in TriBeCa, 56 Leonard Street offers one of the most luxurious living experiences in all of New York. Designed by the highly acclaimed Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, the project was completed in 2013. This 60 story glimmering glass and cantilevers building houses 145 top-of-the-line luxurious condominiums, with soaring 11-14 foot ceilings in every unit.
